Hey there—I'm Shane, the owner and lead instructor at SABA Training. I'm based in San Jose, but I bring training to homes, businesses, schools, and medical facilities across the Bay Area and beyond.
With over 30 years in Emergency Medical Services, I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is to be prepared when every second counts. I’ve worked the streets as a Paramedic, answered calls as a 9-1-1 Emergency Dispatcher, and taught CPR to thousands of people over the last 13+ years.
Whether you’re a healthcare professional or just someone who wants to be ready, I’ll make sure you finish class feeling confident, capable, and ready to act.
One of my proudest partnerships is with Evergreen Valley College in San Jose, where I’ve taught Basic Life Support (BLS) to generations of nursing students—both new and returning.
I teach all American Heart Association (AHA) courses, with a focus on hands-on, practical skills and real-world scenarios. My approach is simple:
